Delta Capital's methodology begins with an assessment of our client's strategies and objectives including an extensive business review, assessment of business readiness and valuation. We utilize sophisticated modeling techniques to assess the business' cash generating potential to determine the capital structure which best supports the company's underlying objectives and plan.


Delta Capital recommends the preferred capital structure, prepares the confidential information memorandum and ancillary marketing materials, identifies appropriate funding sources and develops a marketing plan and negotiating strategy. In carrying out the financing, we utilize our extensive network of contacts across North America.


Delta Capital contacts a select group of funding sources on a confidential basis, provides interested parties with the confidential information memorandum and secures conditional offers to finance. We assess the offers received, recommend the preferred source, and assist with negotiating optimal terms and finalizing an executed commitment letter.


Delta Capital works closely with each client to finalize terms and conditions of the financing(s), to assist with the management of the due diligence process through to reviewing and advising on documentation and closing of the financing.
