Mr. Fearn has been delivering investment banking, corporate finance, business strategy and operational advisory services, both nationally and internationally, for over fifteen years. He has provided clients with strategic business and financial advice on financings, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, business reorganizations and integrations, IPO's and going private transactions. Prior to this, Bill was a senior operating and financial executive in a wide range of industries and with a provincial government. His broad base of experience and access to senior business people across Canada provide great value to the organizations he is involved with.

Prior to joining Delta Capital, Bill worked with Global Capital Partners (Managing Director), CCFL Advisory Services (Managing Director), N M Rothschild (Managing Director), TD Bank Financial Group (Vice President Finance and Insurance) and was Chief Financial Officer of Aetna Canada, Kidd Creek Mines (now Vale Inco) and the Shawinigan Group (now SNC Lavalin) where his responsibilities include, inter alia, all financial functions, information technology, strategic planning and corporate development.

He has also been the Deputy Minister and Comptroller of Finance for the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador. He began his business career with Ernst & Young and worked with Fednav Group in Montreal. He has served as a director of private, public and crown corporations, a director and treasurer of a hospital foundation and is currently a director of the Canadian Opera Company, a director chair of the Canadian Opera Foundation and a director of a private company. He has a B. Comm. from McGill University and is a Chartered Accountant.
